Symptoms of Diabetes
Most symptoms
of type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes

effect of this chemical. Fresh juice
or the extract of unripe (green) bitter
melon can be used to control diabetes
as it lowers blood and urine sugar
levels. All of the treatments that
involve the use of bitter melon in

Juice
four or five whole unripe (green)
bitter melons, strain to remove
the pulp, and consume this juice
every morning on an empty stomach.

Fenugreek seeds
Fenugreek seeds contain certain elements

the seeds, can also directly stimulate
insulin secretion.
