bark, milk thistle, and balmony in equal

Infuse chamomile or lemon balm in boiling
water and consume this infusion several
times during the day.
Vitamin C

Vitamin C is believed to lower cholesterol
levels in the bile and to prevent the

sources of vitamin C include broccoli,
bell peppers, strawberry, lemon, papaya,

lime, tomato, pineapple, lettuce, watermelon,

1000 milligrams of vitamin C supplement
three times each day.
